Refund Policy

All fees paid to the Certified Finance Leader (CFL) Institute, including application fees, exam access fees, and annual membership dues, are non-refundable.

Upon payment, candidates are granted access to secure testing infrastructure, administrative processing, and examination resources. As a result, fees cannot be refunded once submitted.

Candidates who do not pass the examination may retake the exam in accordance with CFL retake guidelines. Exam access remains valid for the designated eligibility period.

In the event of technical issues directly attributable to the CFL testing platform, the Institute may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternate testing opportunity.

By submitting payment, candidates acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
